Like many parents, we were tired of reading labels filled with ingredients we couldn’t even pronounce.
We didn’t just want “healthy-looking” food, we wanted food we could truly trust. So we went back to what our mothers and grandmothers believed in: simple recipes, real ingredients, and honest cooking.
What began as a small effort to prepare better meals at home soon turned into something bigger. We realized that many parents were facing the same problem, finding clean, safe nutrition for their children.

Himanshi Tejwani, a Postgraduate in Nutritional Science, is a dedicated nutritionist and entrepreneur driven by a clear purpose, to empower every parent with the knowledge and confidence to make healthier choices for their children. Her philosophy blends traditional wisdom with modern nutritional science, creating a balanced approach that supports overall well-being. She strongly believes that food has the power not just to nourish, but to prevent and heal.
Inspired by the idea “You are what you eat,” she began experimenting with time-tested ingredients like millets, pancake mixes, organic jaggery powders, and nutrient-rich blends, products that are now an integral part of Junior’s Nutrition. Each product reflects her commitment to clean, wholesome, and preservative-free nutrition made with a mother’s care.
Beyond product development, Himanshi actively supports parents through personalized diet consultations, helping simplify nutrition, make mealtimes easier, and ensure children receive the right nourishment at every stage, from 6 months to 18 years.
