Mix the Batter
Scoop 2 tablespoons of Millet Pancake Mix into a bowl. Gradually add 80ml of water or milk and a little melted butter. Mix into a smooth, lump-free batter. Let it rest for 2 minutes.

Pour the batter onto a preheated, lightly greased skillet or tawa. Cook on medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look set — approximately 2 minutes per side.

Flip gently and cook the other side until golden brown. Each pancake takes approximately 3–4 minutes total — crisp outside, soft and fluffy inside.
